10-Layer Drawer-Type Fully Automatic Magnetic Separator (Pneumatic Type)
Overview
The main unit includes a magnetic bar grid, stainless steel housing, pneumatic actuator, iron discharge components, and anti-leakage devices. Optional accessories and customized configurations are available based on specific requirements.
Features
- Automatic Iron Discharge: Automatically retracts magnetic bars to remove magnetic impurities without manual contact. Supports manual/automatic operation mode switching.
- Material Handling: Materials enter from the top and pass through the magnetic bar grid. Magnetic powders and oxides are absorbed onto the bar surface. The pneumatic actuator then retracts the bars for easy iron discharge. Stable performance, labor-saving, easy to operate, and aesthetically designed.
- Anti-Leakage Design: Prevents material leakage caused by internal pressure fluctuations.
- Continuous Operation: Ideal for 24-hour uninterrupted use, allowing iron removal without stopping the machine.
- Parallel/Series Use: Can be connected in series or parallel to optimize resource use.
- Customization: Fully customizable based on user needs and material properties, including parameters and configurations for different working conditions.
Working Principle
The movement cycle of the magnetic bar grid and cylinder pressure can be adjusted. Users can optimize performance based on material type and magnetic impurity content. Once the “Start” button is pressed, the program runs automatically. The pneumatic system retracts the magnetic grid from the material chamber, releasing collected magnetic impurities. Users can select the appropriate switch for production or iron discharge as needed.
