3. Working Principle
The magnetic grid movement and pneumatic pressure are adjustable to optimize iron removal and throughput. Upon pressing the “Start” button, the system automatically activates: magnetic rods move out of the material chamber via pneumatic cylinders and discharge collected iron particles. Manual override options are available for flexible control.
