Working Principle of Chute-Type Magnetic Separator

The chute magnetic separator features magnetic bars made from seamless stainless steel tubing and high-grade rare-earth alloy NdFeB, mounted inside a stainless steel chute to form a magnetic filter. When iron-containing liquids, slurries, or dry powders pass through, ferromagnetic particles are strongly attracted and held by the magnetic bars, effectively removing iron impurities and ensuring product purity.
